What do I do if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel a class:

  1. Understand whether you're within policy by reviewing the cancellation/rescheduling policy that was included in your purchase receipt. 
  2. If you are within policy, log in to your account dashboard
  3. Click to cancel or reschedule your class and submit form
  4. For the majority of coursehorse enrollments, your account credit will immediately show up and be ready to use if you are within policy. If your request needs to be reviewed, we will send you a note once your credit is available in your account. 

IMPORTANT - For requests that require manual review, please only submit one request. Multiple requests will slow our team down in reviewing your request. Note that our team is understaffed at the moment and is taking longer to review and respond to requests that require manual review. We ask for your patience and understanding during this trying time.
