How do I get a refund?

To receive a refund for the class:

  1. Read the cancellation & refund policy in your purchase receipt.
  2. If you are eligible for a refund based on the policy for your class, log in to your account and submit a request for a refund from your account dashboard.
  3. If you are not eligible for a refund based on the policy, please reach out directly to the class provider (you'll find their name on your receipt) to request an exception. If your exception is granted please forward that to our team and we will process your refund request. 

IMPORTANT: At this time we are receiving large cancellation, rescheduling and refund requests. Rest assured, we have received your information if you have submitted it to the site. Please do not submit more than one request. This will confuse our understanding of the situation and slow us down in granting you a refund.
