Oh no! We definitely want you to be able to take that dream class, but we know sometimes websites can be finicky beasts.
Here's a list of common problems we've found that you should double check:
- Credit card security codes being entered incorrectly. For most cards, this is a 3 digit code on the back of the card. For Amex cards, it's a 4 digit code on the front.
- Credit card is declined. This is not always an issue with your credit card as much as it is with how banks sometimes flag online purchases, but if you're convinced you've done everything right we urge you to try another card.
- Entering a promo code or gift card code incorrectly.
- The purchase page not loading correctly or routing to the wrong place. For this, we suggest trying to press CTRL-SHIFT-R or Command-SHIFT-R on Apple computers.
