If you'd like to reschedule a class, you may do so as long as it is within the terms of the cancellation policy. You can find the policy on your receipt, on the course page.
If you're rescheduling within policy:
- Log in to your account dashboard.
- In the list of classes you've, select the course you'd like to reschedule
- Submit your request by walking through the prompt
Depending on the class, we may process your rescheduling automatically or it may require manual review. You will receive an email notification when you are officially rescheduled.
Important notes:
- We abide by all school cancellation policies and cannot support making exceptions. We hope you understand.
- Due to staffing cuts from COVID, response times are delayed. We ask that you do not submit more than one request as it will slow us down in being able to help you and creates more work for our already small team :)
